COST ACCOUNTANT (Closing Date : 10 October 2017)

 QUALIFICATION & SPECIFICATION:

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting (Management Accounting). Candidate with a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, etc) or or currently in pursuit of a professional qualification would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum five (5) years working experience in related field is required for this position.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Ms Excel & Ms Word.
  • Posses analytical skills and attentive to details and able to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity are essential.
  • Liasing with bank, auditor, tax agents, government organizations and other stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Planning, studying and collecting data to determine costs of business activity.
  • Analysing data collected and recording results especially costs of business activity.
  • Preparation of long-term and short-term financial business planning and the implementation of various strategies.
  • Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting rate and profitability of services.
  • Making Cost Analysis and Business Plan on proposed capital investments.
  • Prepare proposal for capital investment decisions.
  • Monitor financial activities of the company which involved in capital investment decisions.
  • Advise on problems and suggest improvements.

Cost Accountant is expected to execute or discharge other duties or assignment delegated by the Management from time to time, independent and can cope work under pressure.

EXECUTIVE (Closing Date : 10 October 2017)

QUALIFICATION & SPECIFICATION:

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/Marketing Administration or any other similar qualification/ Diploma in Business Studies or Marketing Administration.
  • At least one (1) year of working experience in related field is required for this position.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
  • Well verse in IT knowledge (Microsoft Office applications, i.e. MS Power Point, Word, and Excel & Google).
  • Willing to travel.
  • Good working attitude, creative, multitasking, able to work independently with minimal supervision, work well under pressure and willing to work long hours when required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To assist Freezone Manager in all matters related to paper works and documentations and communication with all parties related to Freezone activities.
  • To attend appointment on behalf Freezone Manager.
  • To assist in other job task as instructed by Freezone Manager.
  • Writing a report on Freezone daily/ weekly/ monthly activities
  • To assist in other job/ task assigns/ instructions from Chief Executive Officer and General Manager.

Executive is expected to execute or discharge other duties or assignment delegated by the Management from time to time, independent and can cope work under pressure.
