Container
Storage
KPC provides a Container Freight Station (CFS) of 9,600 sq metres
for stuffing and unstuffing of containers. The container yard is equip with 1,750 TEUs ground slots and 168 reefer points for refegerated containers.
Conventional Storage
There are
7 godowns with a total floor area of 32,500 sq metres available
for rent. Total Open Storage Yard is 41,250 sq metres.
Dangerous Goods Yard (DG Yard)
We provide
storage for dangerous cargo. All dangerous cargo are re-classified
by the port to three categories:

Cannot be stored but has to be taken
directly out of the port or sent directly to shipside for
loading. A temporary parking area is provided. |

Can be stored at the port's dangerous
cargo yard on temporary basis. |
III |
Can be stored within the container yard
or Port premises. |
