Piloting in and out of the harbour
is compulsory under the Kuantan Port operating rules. The Marine
Services Department of KPC operates 24 hours a day, 365 days
a year handling and navigating vessels within the Kuantan Port
water limits. The safe and efficient movements of vessels are
provided by highly trained and experienced pilots supported
by reliable tugs, pilot boats and mooring boats ensuring significant
time gain for vessels.
