Kuantan Port was honoured to welcome the delegation from the Yunnan Provincial Department of Transport for an official visit. The delegation, led by Deputy Director Mr. Wang Dong, was warmly received by the General Manager of Kuantan Port Authority, Puan Hasnita binti Mohd Hanapiah, and the Chief Operating Officer of Kuantan Port, Mr. Chan Weng Yew.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The visit began with an informative briefing session featuring an introductory presentation on Kuantan Port\u2019s history, developmental milestones, and core operational activities. The session also highlighted the port\u2019s strategic connectivity and its growing role as a major logistics hub in Southeast Asia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The delegation then proceeded with a site tour of Kuantan Port 1 and Kuantan Port 2, where they gained valuable insights and a clearer understanding of the port\u2019s operational management and on-ground activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a key player in the Belt and Road Initiative, Kuantan Port remains committed to exploring new opportunities through strategic partnerships with our stakeholders, while consistently upholding sustainability in our daily operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
