Kuantan Port Strengthens Integrity Through Anti-Corruption Programme with MACC

In conjunction with this year’s National Integrity Day, Kuantan Port proudly hosted Program Antirasuah 2025, an initiative reflecting our steadfast commitment to integrity and transparency. The event, held at the Training Hall, Wisma Kuantan Port, brought together more than 150 participants comprising Kuantan Port employees and representatives from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).

A key highlight of the programme was an inspiring Integrity Talk delivered by PsK Zainab Binti Abdul Malik from MACC, who spoke on ‘Integrity, Corruption and Corporate Liability’. The session provided valuable insights into the importance of ethical conduct and accountability in organisational governance.

The event also featured the Corruption-Free Pledge (Ikrar Bebas Rasuah) led by Mr. Chan Weng Yew, Chief Operating Officer of Kuantan Port, and witnessed by PKPj Westmoreland Anak Ajom, Head of the Private Sector Branch, Public Education Division, MACC. The pledge ceremony marked a significant milestone through the signing of a formal commitment between Kuantan Port and MACC, symbolising our united front against corruption.

As the leading maritime hub on the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia and a key gateway to international trade, Kuantan Port firmly upholds integrity as a core value. This programme reinforces our dedication to good governance, ethical business practices, and the continuous enhancement of transparency and accountability across all our operations
